Whether you are a new TanUp customer or never used Sunbeds before, don’t worry we are here to get you started. Before you can start, we’ll need to set up your customer account. This will be done in the Studio with one of team members. All you need to bring with you is a valid Photo ID as we’ll need to confirm you’re over 18 (acceptable forms of ID include passport, driving license or photo ID featuring the PASS hologram). Please note: you’ll only need to present your ID on your first visit so we can verify and activate your account We have a strict “Think 21” policy, which requires all customers who appear to be under 21 to verify their age by producing valid ID documentation. Once we’ve checked your ID, make sure to take a few minutes to talk to the Studio team member. They’ll ask about your skin type and assist you in creating the perfect plan to achieve your tanning goals.
